My friend Marci recently embarked on a great adventure to spend some time working in Antartica.  She is trained as a chef and putting that to work feeding the scientists and researchers on the ice.  Appareantly they have good connections to the Internets down there, because Marci is doing a lot of blogging about her adventures in Antartica.
