Missouri has won the 2003 people's choice award for best mountain biking state, and a respectable B+ grade from the judges. That's actually not a surprise considering that there are 100+ miles of trails within 30 minutes of Downtown Kansas City and the rest of Missouri has a wealth of outdoor recreation opportunities.
