How Bush Made Enemies of our Allies

This is an interesting comparison of Governor Bush's handling of Iraq versus President Clinton's handling of Kosovo. It was amazing how much goodwill the rest of the world had towards the U.S. after September 11th, and it is shameful how hard Bush worked to destroy it.
