iPhone and iTunes mixed message

Anyone else have this problem?  After I finish syncing I get the regular message that syncing is complete and it’s OK to disconnect the phone.  But then if I try to quit iTunes I get this message that it’s still syncing and I can’t quit.  Grrr….

   Nope. I have gotten the error about my songs no longer being authorized, but not this one.
