Colorado

Here are the photos from our recent Colorado road trip. While in Denver we hooked up with some college friends. Nomita and her family live just outside of Boulder in Louisville, which has a lovely downtown where we enjoyed a street fair, pizza, and breakfast. On the way home we stopped by to see Marci in Aurora and had some delightful Chinese.

Also in Denver we did a bit of bicycling on the awesome Cherry Creek and Platte River trails, which intersect in Downtown. We also did some touristy stuff checking out the public library, the infamous Art Museum expansion, and the awesome Tattered Cover.

Then it was onto the mountains for Estes Park, camping and hiking in Rock Mountain National Park, and driving the Trail Ridge Road. Finally we returned via Fort Collins to check out that cool college town and have lunch at one of the many microbreweries.

    Love Colorado! Next time when you are in Denver you should go by Dinosaur Ridge ( South West edge of Denver). Also in Boulder go to the Celestial Seasonning Tea factory. It’s way cool.
