Craigslist for KC
Craigslist finally has a local web site. This community-driven forum is popular in other cities for all kinds of classifieds, want ads, etc. There isn’t much there yet, so be sure to keep an eye on it as people begin to discover it.

You should also check out http://www.dclassifieds.com
It is modeled after craigslist but covers the entire united states with user definable region. And like craigslist you can post ads for free.
