The West Bottoms is one of the oldest parts of Kansas City, MO, sitting at the confluence of the Missouri and Kaw Rivers and adjacent to Kansas City, KS. Originally it was home to the Kansas City Stockyards, receiving cattle from all over the Midwest. Later it was the city's main industrial and warehouse district. In modern times it was become home haunted houses, art galleries, offices, and even a few loft homes.
